"I have high hopes for this new social activity model which creates "Art Design" based on the drawings of children who endure life in areas that suffer from conflict, poverty and natural disasters, and gives back to them in the form of donations and prayer for peace".

MADOKA MIWA (Japan) / Researcher and PhD

An artist takes the drawings which children have made by their own hand and creates beautiful artwork… artwork that society can use and in turn give something back to those same hands.

I was deeply moved to see this wonderful cycle in action.

This is the way a sustainable society should be, I believe, and the fact that Unissograff works to make this happen, while regarding children not simply as weak but as precious individuals, is one of its distinguishing features and strengths.

I am a researcher of elderly welfare but believe that if children, even from a young age, can experience the rewards of their own efforts, and are recognised by society for each being a precious individual life, then it will foster self-esteem and a sense of self-reliance that they will take forward into adulthood and surely never forget. Self-esteem and self-reliance are incredibly important ideals for a society. I think that in a mature society, like today's, by connecting and helping each other, independent individuals ultimately contribute to their own happiness. Considering its efforts to help children to grow and develop themselves into adults with a sense of pride and self-reliance, it's fair to say that Unissograff plays a very important role in this.

It is my sincere hope that Unissograff will continue to rise like a wave and spread throughout the world.
